The village of Peramola is located south of the Alt Urgell and includes also sites Castell-llebre, Cortiuda, Nuncarga and Tragó. The term extends from the river right
Segre to the limit with the county of Noguera and from the Aubenç mountains just Sant Marc mountains. In the middle term is the iconic Sant Honorat mountain. There are several streams and ravines, such as Salat, the Rumbau and Nerola.
The main communication is the C-14 road, towards La Seu d'Urgell and Andorra.
