An architect by the name of Felix undergoes a painful process of separation when his girlfriend Vera decides to leave him. One night, he receives a strange visit from Martin, his disquieting neighbour, who asks to take refuge in Felix's home and make a phone call. A series of increasingly strange events lead Felix to the conclusion that the weird intruder has moved in to stay. Not only that... his presence gradually becomes a threat that puts Felix's life in jeopardy.
