Spain, 1974: Two brothers, Fernando and Alberto, who cook at the best French restaurant in Barcelona, flee to Cadaqués due to the political implications of one of them. Once there, they will be trapped by the magical atmosphere of Cadaqués ruled by King Dalí.
Jules is the chaotic and charismatic owner of the beach bar Surreal. He hires them as a dishwasher, and he will make them share his obsession: Salvador Dalí.
This inordinate admiration of Jules will lead the brothers on uneven and surreal adventures, through which they will have to learn to love, to work, in short, to live!
