1921. Spain is in crisis and many cities are plunged into chaos by the continuing clashes between gunmen, thugs, anarchists and corrupt police. A freight train carrying arms is robbed on arrival in Barcelona. Agent Aníbal Uriarte arrives in the city to collaborate with local police and arrest those guilty of the robbery. Violence can spread throughout the country, but Hannibal will not find much support among his peers.
