Detached house built during the 1980s located in an urbanization on the outskirts of Rubí (Vallès Occidental - Barcelona).

The main characteristic of the house, with a rustic appearance, is that it houses two houses in one, but completely independent.

The first house, with two floors and located at street level, has as exterior elements a porch (18m2) and a small terrace of 22m2. The ground floor has an open space of 27m2 that houses the living room and the dining room (with fireplace). It also has an open kitchen, all made of wood, of 10m2.

The second house, located on the lower level, consists of a porch, an open-plan dining room of 31m2 that also includes an open kitchen, a small bathroom and a storage room.

The exteriors surrounding the chalet are landscaped (with green vegetation all year round) and have a part paved with slate stone that surrounds the two houses, and a 200m2 patio of pebble stones next to the second house. At one end of the cobble stone patio is a pergola with a rustic style barbecue.

The orientation of the house is south.
