Rustic land in the municipality of Ullastrell, of one hectare with a third wooded and the rest practically flat, inhabited by farm animals (horses, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks and common turkey ... currently shelter of an animal protector). It is made up of 2 paddocks for horses, communicated among them, kennel area, chicken coop area, guadarnés area and meals, fruit trees area (cherries, medlars, apricots, pomegranates, persimmons and some citrus, which change their appearance according to the season of the year, blooming in spring).

On the terno there is also a small building with an open poche and a pergola. There is also a ground fire zone and two tables with chairs at different points. An old tractor and some old tools.
There is a round track for working horses, 18 meters in diameter.
The road is rural access, but it is easily accessible for any type of vehicle and there is enough space at the entrance as parking.
