"Les Lloses" Neighbours Community is in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, about 45 km away from Barcelona and 1.5 km from the Port Balis Yacht Club and the beaches of Llavaneres and Caldetes. In the surroundings of the community "Les Lloses" there are the Llavaneres Golf Club, at 1.5kms, and the Pitch and Putt Mora, at 0,1km. The distribution of the community, which has about 5 hectares, is: 10 blocks of three floors with 6 or 12 apartments each, with apartments ranging between 120 and 260 m2.

In the common area, there are 3 large swimming pools located on three levels perfectly separated from each other. There is also a garden and promenade area equipped with a tennis court, a pelota court and a multi-purpose artificial turf track. The Community is also equipped with a meeting room with capacity for 50/60 people (it is the place where the General Meeting is held) and a large social room, equipped with refrigerator and enough tables and chairs to organize events and meetings with lots of outdoor space and terraces. Or even to attend catering services, such as a space to eat or rest.

There are also 50 outdoor parking spaces available, within the community perimeter, which is completely isolated and protected by Intelligent Security connected to Police/Mossos d’Escuadra and Night Surveillance Service. This means that large mobile units can access because there is enough space for their private and guarded parking. The Community "Les Lloses" can be a good location for audiovisual production practices, video recording, advertising or photo shoots.
