It is a versatile space next to Plaza Molina, in the upper area of Barcelona, it wants to be a showcase, a magazine, a gallery, a flea market, a pop up, a showroom, a training space, a meeting place, a space gastro de live cooking... The Local is diaphanous, has three shop windows facing Alfonso XII and Sant Eusebi streets and has its own access at street level, with its doorbell and key. In turn, the Loft area allows you to play with the feeling of being "at home". An American bar with a marble top and a modernist wooden front separates a fully equipped kitchen from the rest of the space. It has a chill area, with a vintage sofa and armchairs, a cozy corner. In front of the window that gives access to the garden, a table prepared to accommodate groups of up to 18 people has been located. The Loft also has its own access from the street.

A small wooden staircase leads to the office mezzanine, with four workstations in front of its viewing rail with views of the entire space. In its intimate and cozy garden, a round marble table and a small built-in barbecue emerge from among the plants.

It also has its own equipped private bathroom and a dressing room suitable for events related to the world of fashion.
